Booking conditions

* The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the Campsite Bivouac de l’Eygues, after reception of the deposit and after reception of either the reservation contract duly completed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale at the time of reservation via our form.

* Reservations are only binding on Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues if Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues has accepted them, which Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. The Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is contrary to this principle.

* The reservation of a camping pitch or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues.

* Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Camping pitch

The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, trailer, van or camper van for 1 or 2 people, electricity 6 Amps and access to the sanitary facilities. Your pitch will be allocated to you according to availability based on your dates of stay, trying to satisfy you as best as possible.

Rental

The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is from 2 to 6 places depending on the type of rental.

 

Payment conditons

Camping pitch

A deposit of 50% is required if the total amount of your stay is over 300€. The balance of your stay will be paid the day before your departure.

Rental

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay is required, including a 10 euro booking contract fee. The balance of your stay will be paid on the day of your arrival. You will also be asked, on your arrival, for a deposit of 150€ for the rental and the cleaning. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after deduction of any costs (unclean or damaged accommodation).

By cheque, holiday vouchers, credit card or bank transfer to the order of: Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues.

Attach a proof of transfer from your bank with your first and last names. The transfer must be made in the same name as the reservation or by specifying the name of the reservation and the pitch.

 

Cancellation conditions

For the pitches as well as for the rentals

In case of early departure due to the camper, the stay is due in full for the entire period booked. The full amount of the stay booked is due even in the event of late arrival, early departure or absence during the stay. Any cancellation must be notified by the tenant by registered letter to the owner. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, all sums paid will be retained and no refund will be made. The deposit remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the stay in case of cancellation. If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the present contract, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the mobile home, the chalet or its pitch.

In the event of a pandemic

In case of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:
– closure of the borders;
– administrative closure of the campsite; or
– limitation of travel to a number of kilometres that does not allow you to come to the campsite;
A voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for one year, will be issued by the Bivouac de l’Eygues campsite.
Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer’s fault will not be eligible for a voucher.

 

Insurance

It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.

Your stay

Arrival

Arrival Rental: On the day of your arrival at the Bivouac de l’Eygues campsite, you will be welcomed from 3pm onwards, the rental and cleaning deposit will be requested when you receive the keys.
Arrival at the campsite: : On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed from 12 noon.

During your stay

It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance. The camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bikes, etc…). The campsite le Bivouac de l’Eygues declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the civil responsibility of the camper. All clients must comply with the internal regulations. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him/her.
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and in fairness to the other guests.
The tenant undertakes to leave the mobile home or chalet as clean as it was found it on arrival. The rental agreement concluded between the parties to this contract may under no circumstances be used, even partially, by third parties, whether natural or legal persons, without the written agreement of the owner.
It is forbidden to attach clotheslines to the trees.
If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants and to break the contract.

Departure

Rental departure: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 11am. The accommodation will be returned in a clean and tidy condition and the inventory will be checked. Any broken or damaged items will be charged to you, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the compensation deducted, on the basis of supporting invoices, for any damage noted at the time of the inventory of fixtures on departure. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of €50 (incl. VAT). For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.
Departure from the campsite: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the pitch must bevacated before 11.30 am.

 

Pets

Pets are accepted in low and mid season. They must be kept on a lead at all times. The vaccination booklet for dogs and cats must be up to date.

 

Tourist tax / Refuse tax

The tourist tax and the household waste tax, collected on behalf of the commune/community of communes, are not included in the rates. Their amount is determined per person and per day and varies according to the destination. They must be paid when paying for the service and are shown separately on the bill.

 

Electric car

It is forbidden to recharge your car on the campsite’s electric terminals.

 

Mediation

In the event of a dispute with Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues, you can contact us as follows:
Send a letter by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the manager of Camping Bivouac de l’Eygues, c/o Mr Lespinasse or Mrs Turquin.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may refer the matter to the CM2C Mediation Centre, after a period of one month following the sending of the registered letter or emails. You must file a file online on the following website: https://www.cm2c.net or by registered letter CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean 75017 Paris.
